Our made-to-order custom sneakers are typically completed within 1 to 2 weeks; however, in rare cases, an order may take up to 30 days to be processed. If you wish to make a purchase from us but require the items to be delivered by a certain date, kindly contact us through email or Instagram (DM) to discuss further.
*Pre-made customs will ship on the next business day.
*Turnaround time, does not include shipping time or time the order spends in transit.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email that will also include your tracking details to help you keep track of your shipment.

We do not recommend using a washing machine to clean your custom sneakers. Instead, we suggest using a bristle brush, as we have found it to be effective. Additionally, we have not come across any shoe cleaner products that do not work well. For more product care information go to here.

The paint used on our custom sneakers is designed to be crack and water-resistant, making them 100% wearable. However, please note that the shoes may still be susceptible to damage if they are not handled and used properly.
